Today is the ING NYC Marathon and a couple of my friends are running in it. I am so inspired by them and can only imagine the feeling as they cross the finish line. I wanted to share this video that completely inspire me on this special day.
Derek Redmond who everyone though would win the Olympics. Sometimes things don't go as expected or planned so you have two choices- Give up or Push Forward...watch what he did!
One of my goals is to run this marathon perhaps this upcoming year, so we shall see! Have a wonderful and blessed Sunday!
